JAVIC Valve has achieved several patents on its structure. With a comprehensive application of these patents, we completely solve the problems of both the external leakage and the intermal emssion, which have puzzled the whole valve field for years, to greatly enhance integral sealing efficiency of the valve (especially the automatic ball valve with shorter stem). Also, the patents' application maximumly decreases the wear of the valve's moving parts, so that open/close torque of the valve can be reduced to fit more compact actuators. Meanwhile, extends service life of the valve.
1. The Stem Seal
It is known that 90% of the external emission of a valve occurs at the stem. Especially for a control valve, repair for the stem seal is always a headache due to the high costs and troublesome operations; Therefore, how to avoid the stem's external leakage becomes the essential of the settlement of the valve external emission.
We are proud to declare that the 3 patented designs of JAVIC valve thoroughly solve the stem external leakage, so that the service life of the stem packings can be considerably extended, and a lot of unnecessary cost can be cut. Via inspections and tests, the stem seal of JAVIC valve endures much better than that of the conventional valve. Particularly in a small-sized ball valve, the endurance of JAVIC stem seal is nearly 10 times higher than that of a conventional stem seal.
2. The Valve Seat Structure
Dual Flexible Seats guarantee JAVIC valve from inner Emission
In the conventional single seated ball valve, wide contact area between the seat and the ball causes excessive seat wear and high open/close torque than expected.
JAVIC ball valve's dual flexible-compensation valve seats lessen the contact area between the seats and the ball. Additionally, when the valve seats are stressed, its self-compensation design makes the ball adjust its contact area with the sealing surface accordingly. These designs minimize the unnecessary wear between the ball and the seats, decrease the ball valve's open/close torque, thereby protecting valve seats from inner emission, and extending the seats' service life for 2-3 times.
Soft Seats:
The soft seats, constructed of PTFE, R-PTFE and PEEK, are designed to be dual flexible compensated trim.
Fire-Safe Seat:
The fire-safe seat is formed by PTFE. When the fire occurs, the PTFE seat is burned to melt, and the ball contact with the body directly under the fluid pressure to keep sealing.
metal Seat:
The seat, constructed of SS316, keeps close contact with the ball. The high wear-resistance and anti-corrosion process technology QPQ and cladding and jet soldering of hard alloy, applied on the sealing surface of the seat, is highly perfect wear-resistance and corrosion proof of the surface of the trim, thus achieving long-term servic life.
Blow-Out Proof Stem:
The platform of the stem bottom prevents stem from blowing out at high temperature and high pressure.
Convex Platform Avoiding Deflection of The Ball:
In the usual floating ball valve, the stem doesn't take action of location to the ball. In the application process, the ball will deflect after frequent movement of the stem and irregular flushing of the flow, which leads to deflection between the path of the ball and that of the body.
We have made a great breakthrough on JAVIC 3-way ball valve, namely, we have designed a round convex platform on the rear of the stem. Meanwhile cut an equal groove on the ball to fit the platform. Therefore, when the valve is in application, the path of the ball matches that of the body.
